Where to start? First I will say that I’m not the biggest Stooges fan but I do appreciate the timing and physical comedy of the originals. That being said this new incarnation has none of the charm of the originals. In a time when many of the best parts of a movie are in the trailer this trailer doesn’t have any. After watching this I felt like I got poked in the eyes!

Hey, I totally agree… I actually like Will Sasso as Curly but Chris Diamantopoulo as Moe was terrible. Moe never started out as being mean spirited, he just got disgusted very easily. Moe was really a good guy stuck with two stupid friends. I’m rather lukewarm on Sean Hayes’s Larry… doesn’t quite make it.
I don’t know guys…I’ve been watching the Stooges all my life and most recently I’ve been sharing them with my kids on dvd. Usually I’m the first to tear apart a movie like this but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought Curly and Moe were great! Larry looks kind of weird. Their voices sounded really good and I loved that they threw in some of the original sound effects. They are stepping on sacred turf with this, but I wasn’t put off. Who knows???
