Ever seen Demon Seed? One might argue that being hc, but there are sci-fi elements which are believable even today. It dates back to 1977, but somehow the concept of AI in the film is still fresh today. While movie advances, the AI called Prometheus seems to be malicious, but in the end it is not so certain. It might just be desperate.
